of all of our guests. Making a reservation at
Gracefield Hall™
means complete agreement and compliance with the following policies.
If any of these policies are violated, the guest can be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund issued. Any and all damages will be added to the room bill and charged to the name on the credit card or guest name(s) on the reservation.
- No smoking on the exterior premises or in the house, including e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and other nicotine dispensing products.
- We seek to provide a respite from the stresses of everyday life for all guests—only well-behaved children at least 10 years of age are accepted.
- No
pets or support animals allowed; certified service animals only.
- If you are bringing food or drinks into the house, please let us know what it is. We can chill wine and refrigerate leftovers for you.
- Please note that because of our country location,
Wifi is
not
available. If you need Internet access other than what you have available on your phone, please bring a Hot Spot from your Internet Service Provider.
- Reservation required. We do not block or hold rooms. Credit card required to make a reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express.
- The maximum room occupancy is two adults in each guest room and rates are for single or double occupancy. Only registered guests are allowed in the house and on the property. Occupancy is strictly enforced because of insurance and fire regulations so we cannot allow anyone other than registered guests on our grounds or in our home without prior permission.
- Check-in is 4:00–8:00 p.m. Checkout by 11:00 a.m. If able, we will accommodate other check-in and check-out times upon request to meet your schedule.
